I L🧡VE this bike❣️❣️❣️

I am so happy with this bike. It’s perfect for me. I can pedal —which I do a lot ) or I can use the electric part to get me up the slight hills. It didn’t take my husband long to put it together. It’s just exactly what I was looking for in a bike AND I L🧡VE the color—🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡.

Assembly was a little difficult but once it was complete I am very happy with it.

Update: Great customer service

UPDATED REVIEW: The customer service team reached out to me as soon as they heard I was waiting for so long to get the parts and actually shipped me a brand new unit. I'm very happy with the customer service and will add a further update once the new unit arrives. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Unable to assemble: I ordered this item on October 10th 2023 and the package was delivered relatively quickly. Unfortunately several key pieces of hardware were missing, including several screws and bolts required in the first step of the assembly, meaning I couldn't even get a single step into the directions. The bike itself is pretty involved in terms of the setup. It doesn't require any expertise but expect to spend several hours piecing this thing together. I contacted the customer service once I discovered I was missing several pieces (including about half a dozen small parts for other steps) and they were actually very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the pieces need to be mailed to me directly from the manufacturer and it's been weeks since I've gotten an update. I will update this review if and when I get the parts I need to complete the assembly, but for now I'm stuck with a completely disassembled bike just sitting in my basement.

Nice bike!

This tricycle was very easy to assemble with the given instructions. Common tools were needed, but no real issues. Assembly took about 4 hours, but I'll admit I took a lot of breaks... The ride (once all adjustments were made) was excellent! I ran it in all three modes and all worked fine. I haven't run the batteries out testing them, but as I live in a semi-urban environment it's not likely that I will run them out for any of the casual riding around that I do. All in all, this bike has been a lot of fun and I'm really glad I got it.

IMHO a $600 price tag is more reasonable for this tricycle.

The bike was priced at $899.99 when I placed my order. The tricycle arrived in a large box and weigh 75lbs. I was impressed with the way the bike parts were individually wrapped in plastic and secured with zip ties. The box didn't rattle like you would expect. I was suprised the nuts and bolts were inserted in their holes ready to be fasten in accordance with the instructions. I've assembled many IKEA type furniture were the different bolts, nuts and washers are in individual bags that required to be identified before assembly. So KUDOs to the manufacture for bypassing this tedious task. NO TOOLS ARE PROVIDED. You will need to gather wrench, screw driver, pliers, allen wrench. You will benefit if you have a socket wrench. The tricycle took several hours to assemble. Overall impressive from the paint and hardware. It performs well. I found the seat was uncomfortable, so I replaced it with a saddle seat back support. I compared this tricycle with others priced at around $399. I question whether the $500 premium for torque assisted power is worth it. Perhaps a $600 price tag is more reasonable for this tricycle.
