Free Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders from the SuperHandy webstore to addresses in the contiguous United States and Canada. Exclusions may apply. We do not directly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Some products fulfilled through our Amazon Fulfillment app may be available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico; availability is shown at checkout. We cannot guarantee shipping to these destinations for every product.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Speed:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from California through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers. Large items may ship via LTL freight. Some orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
While we aim to deliver packages to your doorstep within 4 business days. Please note that the estimated time of arrival may vary based on your location.
A Note on Amazon Fulfillment: Sometimes, you might notice your package arrives in an Amazon box. We use Amazon Fulfillment services to enhance our shipping process. So, you will still get the same great SuperHandy products, just shipped from Amazon's reputable fulfillment centers. And just to set the record straight, we are definitely not dropshippers. We are all about giving you the best service, no matter which box it arrives in!
Shipping During Peak Periods:
During peak seasons or holidays, shipping may take a little longer than usual. Do not worry, though! We will keep you updated and informed if there are any delays with your order.

International Shipping Update:
We are excited to announce that our customers in Canada can now enjoy our products too! We have a variety of our stock readily available within Canada, while other items may ship from the United States. Typically, we ask that you allow 7-10 days for delivery. However, during peak seasons, shipping may extend up to 14 days. We're working diligently to ensure your order arrives as promptly as possible, and we're grateful for your patience during these busier times.
