2. How can I buy the product protection plan? Visit the product page of the item you wish to protect. The warranty offer will be displayed above the “Add to Cart” button.
3. Can I add a product protection plan after purchase? Currently, this feature is not supported but is coming soon. Once available, you will be able to purchase an extended warranty within 30 days of your initial product purchase. For online sales, a unique web link will be provided in follow-up emails, allowing you to purchase the warranty quickly. Check your inbox, including the Spam/Junk folder, for this email. For offline sales, you will be able to contact the retailer directly or reach out to us via our website or provided contact details.
4. How will I know what’s covered? Go to the product page and click “What’s Covered” under the warranty offer above the “Add to Cart” button. A pop-up will list all major terms and details. For official detailed terms, click "Detailed Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of the pop-up.
5. How will I know what is covered once I have made the purchase? After purchasing, we send the following information:

6. What is the difference between Breakdown and Accidental Damage Plans?

7. What will be covered by the product protection plan during the manufacturer warranty? During the manufacturer warranty period, any issues not covered by the manufacturer warranty but listed in your product protection plan will be covered by SureBright. Contact us for guidance on specific issues.
8. What happens to my plan if I return the product? If you return the product, the retailer will refund the protection plan cost. For returns after 30 days, SureBright will issue a pro-rated refund per the plan terms.
9. Can I cancel my plan? Yes, you can cancel within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, a pro-rata refund will be provided. If you have already filed a claim, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Terms may vary by coverage plan, so review your coverage terms.
10. Whom should I contact for product issues? Before your product is shipped, contact the merchant. After assembly and if you face any product-related issues covered under your protection plan, contact SureBright directly.
