Not a good experience
Don't believe their refund policy. It says 30 days refundable except if you are returning it because it is small and flimsy and slow. Then they charge you to mail it back. 100$ or so. Don't waste your time buying this product. It isn't what they claim.

Thanks for your valuable insights. I would like to apologize that your experience was less than satisfactory, and that is not what we strive for. I do understand the wheelbarrow did not meet your expectations; however, please understand it is standard practice for larger items such as this wheelbarrow to incur a restocking fee when there is buyer's remorse. I do believe our Return Policy at the time was not up-to-date, we just transitioned to this newly designed website, so there was some placeholder text under the Return Policy FAQ. This has since been updated to reflect our actual company policy. Again, we apologize for the less than excellent experience and hope you give us another chance in the future to provide you with the right tools.

I should have bought an electric wheel barrow a long time ago. It would have saved me a lot of extra work! It is easy to use up and down our hilly terrain and so convenient. Very happy with it.
Great product, only complaint is it does not have reverse gear on the single wheel version.
Yep,it's super easy to assemble and use. BUT----it arrives in a beat up box with a broken throttle mechanism. The thumb speed control is made of plastic so for the price, that's kind of hokey. But customer service was great and a replacement piece was here in a few days. Use it for a lot of things like moving a heavy ice chest to the car. At 80 every thing seems heavier to move but this just makes it easier.
