20 Ton Gas Log Splitter - 7HP 209CC, 20" Max Log Length

Everything went together nicely don't know if it works or not because I don't have the proper hydraulic dipstick, the one that was sent obviously is not the one for this. So I've got a $900 pile of junk nobody will reply nobody will send the part. I've tried everything. Single mother we burn wood was planning on getting wood split ahead of time. I think you should just give me my money back if you're not going to send a simple part that will fix the situation. Another example of big Corporation taking money out of people's pockets not willing to back up their product. Thanks for nothing

The operator lever pins and clips were missing from the shipment. Manual shows the lever with the pins and clips already installed on the lever, not mentioned as seperate parts on the parts list.
Contacted the support ph # on the enclosed card. no answer for over 10 minutes, gave up and sent email. Had to send a photo of the area of concern and I was sent pins and clips (they were 3-4 times larger than needed). Sent email followed with photos of issue. sent 2 clips both the same length, even though I has stated in my first email one was shorter than the other pin. Correct diameter, however one pin was too short as both pins sent were the same length.
- I woud have thought the support group would be able to check the manual or a drawing to show the correct pins.
- The log spliller itself works fantastic! Very happy with the log splitter.

I purchased the Superhandy gas powered wood splitter about 1 year ago. Since the first time I used it I have been absolutely impressed with the splitting power of the machine, easily tackling the oak and ash hardwood I've needed to split. When a piece of wood is gnarly, the 2-stage pump kicks down to low speed and powers on through the wood. As long as someone doesn't have to split wood longer than 19" (that's the length limit of this powerhouse, compact machine) I highly recommend it's purchase, as it is a great value!

Arrived quickly. Product was delivered un damaged & ready to use. Excellent.

The shipping was great. Heavy duty box and great packaging. Moderate assembly. What annoyed me is that it did not come with any hydraulic oil or engine oil. You need both. Buy more than a gallon of hydraulic oil. You’ll need it.
