Long wait to get a vital part replaced but love the Super Tugger product.

See case # 110638
Wrote several times about getting a broken seat for a Super Tugger replaced. Pictures sent and Blake Harrison (your Agent) acknowledged the problem and informed me that the part was backordered or not currently in stock. He would advise me of status. So far, NO ADVICE OR STATUS despite using an Awkard and slightly dangerous old seat. My question is how good is a warranty if you have trouble getting replacement parts to fix the problem?
