Poor Quality

I tried to order the cart with lithium batteries. After sending the wrong item with lead acid batteries 3 times I finally got the right one. It arrived with damaged drive wheel threads, a missing bolt, broken plastic battery cover, a bent metal bracket, a loose control lever and it won't run when turned on.

Great Solution to Moving Heavy Objects

I am not a normal user, I admit. I bought this, because I'm disabled and have trouble walking with heavy objects. I leave it outside for deliveries and then move them inside to wherever and then can usually place them. Essentially, it is a powered walker (rollerator).
