Looks can be deceiving

When this arrived I was already looking forward to returning it, but after using it several times on compacted soil it has really exceeded my expectations. It digs through hard dirt mixed with rocks pretty easily. The battery has also held its charge long after I expected it to. Does it work as well as a gas driven auger no, but for $78 you can’t beat it. Now I just need to see how long it will last. My only concern is the upper casing is pretty thin plastic.
