Great for indoors yet has limits!

I purchased this scooter after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. My job requires travel to different states so I use my scooter in the airports, down the jet bridges and in the buildings where I work. It does well on sidewalks and streets however don't plan on taking this into grassy areas. You will end up pushing the scooter. If using strictly inside it's great! I purchased one additional battery, the 4.0 amp hour and that gives longer use time. I am thinking of upgrading to one for more outdoor use

Gutless piece of junk

My super handy mobility scooter will not go in my short grass. I have to get off it and push. Will hardly make it up a 10 degree grade of driveway. I’m pushing it along more than riding. I have 3 batteries all fully charged scooter has no power. What a waste of $1,000

Minimal Turn Radius

Scooter is good light weight and easy to transport. Took it to Disney and two batteries lasted the whole day. Turn radius is not good enough for lines in Disney requires many point turns.

SuperHandy GUT-164

This Scooter is a great travel aide. I was pleasantly surprised with its performance in action. Getting used to the hand break is the only operational issue I have encountered, thus far.
The only mechanical issue I have is the plastic fenders and their attachment. The one screw holding the fender to the body does not securely hold the fender in place.

The Seat Is An Albatross

The Super Handy Passport Pro is very handy because it can be used easily to ride all the way down airline jetways to the aircraft cabin door...but...the seat is a problem. If the seat is left attached, the baggage handlers could easily damage the plastic covering. If we remove the seat as well as the LiOn batteries to take in the aircraft cabin, there is no way it fits in the usual overhead bin or under the seat in front. The problem is the length of the seat post. Fortunately, the flight attendants let us keep the seat in the area reserved for airline crew. On our last flight, the Captain actually unfolded the scooter and assembled the seat even before we got off the plane. This was American Airlines. Kudos for them and the nice captain. BUT THE SEAT IS STILL AN ALBATROSS, particularly because the long post is not removable.
